Cassava Sciences Inc. said Friday it priced its previously announced underwritten public offering. The clinical-stage biotechnology company is offering 9.4 million shares of common stock at $8 a share. The company also has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.4 million shares of stock. Had another bid in for 200 @ $7.96, but currently trading at a 10% premium to the offer. Only three million shares traded so maybe they are not in their yet.
