Andrew; Your question #3 causes me to express something to the thread which has been bothering me. The anouncement cocnerning the credit facility simply stated that borrowings are tied to stock volume. I know that I am paraphrasing. The posts concerning this issue recently have accepted as fact that borrowings are based on current price. Does anyone have any factual reason for this statement or is it an assumption? I did not interpret the release in this way Rick
