| | | Yes, as we have seen in Portland, Seattle, NYC, and many other blue cities with stupid Democratic Mayors and even more stupid Democratic Governors. You'll note that in Red states, the Governors squashed those riots pretty damned quickly. That's what the national guard is for.
Oh and these "mostly peaceful protests" are total bullshite. Here's the legal definition of protest that is protected as lawful assembly under the 1st Amendment to the Constitution:
* A permit must be acquired from the municipality
* The permit must be specific as to purpose, time, and place
These illegal assemblies, otherwise known as riots, did not have permits and were not specific as to purpose, time, and place on a permit issued by the city. Therefore, they can not be called protests. In addition, the minute property is damaged or people are hurt, then even a permitted protest is immediately deemed a riot under the law.
So the MSM lies through their teeth every time they say these are either peaceful or protests. They are neither. And then the Democrat Mayors and Governors restrict the police from doing their jobs, while people like Kamala Harris tweet to her supporters to fund the bailout funds to get the criminal released so they can riot again the next night, while the Governors and Mayors refuse to call for the National Guard, while innocent, law abiding citizens are watching as their businesses are destroyed and they are terrorized in their homes.
Again, I don't take any money from our government and I don't ask anything from our government, except for one very simple thing. I want law and order. I want the police to come when I dial 911. That is the ONLY reason I pay taxes. If they take that away from me, then I have no use for this government and I don't want to pay taxes to that government. That is why I can not vote for Democrats. They simply don't believe in law and order and they are anti-police, which in my book means they are not fit to govern. |
