I was not serious. That’s what red states want to do, shoot people who do crime on the spot. I just suggested to extend that philosophy a bit further. We can also just let trump be President for life and ignore the elections. An excellent starting point for something bigger -g- You can’t fix your economy by opening up a state when covid is raging. No sane state or country will let your plague-planes land. So there is your travel problem in a nutshell.
