Lockdowns and social distancing are country-universal health policies of humanity for fighting Covid-19 until something better comes along. We do them to curtail the plague, not to deprive people of their liberties and ability to work. The plague itself does that too. Cruise ships and airlines are not going broke because of lockdowns but because nobody wants to board plague ridden ships and planes. States and countries need to provide help to those they strip of ability to provide for their families. They don’t. All other countries but USA help those families affected by pandemic related job loss or business shutdown. Most countries just temporarily lay off while the govt picks up the lost wages. Health goes through the govt. so it is not affected.

We can decide it’s unconstitutional to shut down, but we have to implement measures to curtail virus spread until it’s gone. I think Sweden decided it’s unconstitutional. Wisconsin too. Now Wisconsin has a big Covid problem. And please don’t minimize risk posed by Covid like the right love to do. It killed more people than any other cause in USA including top killers cancer and heart disease, and we only infected 3% of the population.
Sure the risk of death if you get Covid may be lower in the next month if you get it than the risk of dying from a car crash in your entire lifetime, but what’s the point of that minimization? In one case the risk of dying is over a period of a few months, in the other it’s a lifetime. This is not a fair comparison.
