I know you are trying to stop the deadly viruses from getting in your lungs, but maybe you should check some of the sources cited by Dr Vernon Coleman.

We have immune systems, I would guess about a million percent (minimum) more important than any unhealthy mast to wear... The doctors use them in a clean room environment, change them every few hours, are trained to use them (don't touch them) , and they dont keep them stored in a handbag etc.

This was published before Covid19 came on the scene. He talks about bacteria, but viruses are in it too.
