With a short term upside target in place and near at hand, the question becomes one of risk now.
The greatest risk would be a last minute rush to the target line as it reaches 3625 followed by a reversal that starts breaking under the lines below.
Several scenarios exist.
Failure, today, to reach the target or the target line and a base set for a later assault....or a failure to reach followed by continuous "sagging" back below the lines underneath.
Up here...the risk/reward continuum slips to the risk side of neutral.
