Oui, il semble que leur offre est plus compétitive. Mais comme ils doivent utiliser les infrastructures de leur compétiteur, disons que la file d'attente est longue.

C'est Bell qui a acquis le compétiteur il y a quelques années et ils ont commencé à réagir comme offrir des chaînes supplémentaires gratuitement.

L'équilibre va éventuellement se produire car ce sont 2 très grosses entreprises.
