accidents happen, and when they do, we must give thanks for surviving them

I felt a disturbance in the Force and awoke last night to check on my NIO

having seen it is about to announce whatever it is about to announce, I decided I want to claim profit and skip the announcement (shall re-enter the trade in some fashion after announcement because the company has a good future), and

as a by the way, for whatever reasons and actually no reason other then I thought enough was enough, I closed out the nearer the money short naked calls on TSLA, at enormous profit, and then went back to happy sleep

this morning the first news item greeting me was that TSLA just got included in the S&P (by the way, great news, for TSLA shall be kept alive easier for premium farming)

it is as if I was tying my shoelaces in a battle zone, and then straightened up to discover a new bullet hole at where my head was against the wall

Not as satisfying as winning the lottery, but very close :0)
