Crude Oil: WTI little changed ahead of today’s meeting of OPEC+’s Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee. To be sure, this is not a meeting where final production decisions are expected to be made; however, it will be an opportunity to assess the market and member nations’ production levels before next month’s meeting when the full group is expected to decide if they’ll proceed with the planned increase in output as of Jan. 1. Already, the so-called Joint Technical Committee – which met yesterday – is recommending holding off for up to six months. BNN.ca
