Hello Joseph,

Thank you for your interest in Agate Bay. I talked to Jack Marr
yesterday and he too watches the discussions on Silicon Investor.

It may be best to call Jack or others at Agate as they are in the
best position to explain current news.(1-888-999-3500)

To answer your question properly will require some passage of time
as developments occur. Mr. Marr is continuing to seek new properties
and Chimborazo is still "in play".

Financing issue is being dealt with, various options exist. Jack
has alluded to a few of them when I called him. He remains confident
about Agate's fortunes.

I am hesitant about providing details now as events are ever-changing
and current news becomes outdated quickly.

My purchases are based upon technical analysis and what I said
previously still stands. In addition to the systems outlined, there
are other important technical features which were kept from public
viewing.

Jack Marr will issue a public news release when the appropriate time
arrives regarding all the issues, but for now I advise contacting
him or others at the firm. Listening to Mr. Marr has increased my
confidence in Agate Bay and complements my technical analysis.
