Huge fan of Vitamin D... 10K daily.. with K2... Naw.. at 64.. not much kiddie contact.. Daughter staying with X is 28 and son 21 is at U of Ottawa.. Last time I skipped the vaccine.. (I dunno 15 years ago) I got the flu... Lots of kiddie contact then.. mild case but developed a sinusitis from it and that permanently damaged sinuses.. So I go with the insurance... My schooling tells me a good wager...
