Thanks Frosty, you made my day. Sounds like another crisis in the making. Can't we get a break.
If Harvards delivery systems was issued a patient similar to Vivus's, and it is painless, effective and does not need to be refrigerated we are in deep dodo.

However, if all was well with Harvard Scientific why is their stock trading at .96 cents. It seems to me, it should have gone up several dollars, instead of .20 cents.
If this company is for real, then Vivus should consider buying them out before we have some serious competition.
I suspect, as I speak Vivus's lawyers are filing a patient infringment lawsuit against Harvard.

Whats your take on this situation?

PS. We better win this lawsuit or it could be all over for Vivus. IMO
