Canada to spend 1.7 billion for high speed internet to 2026. pm.gc.ca Maybe Trudeau should just let Elon do it and subsidize a portion of the initial cost of installation... about 800 bucks Canuck and unlimited data for about $130/ month. My summer neighbor and friend,, way way in bush just got in on the beta test for Elon’s starlink . Compared to speeds off cell tower through yaggi antenna and rocket hub ( the first two) starlink is 92 times faster ,,the last speed test listed. Of course these speeds could not be attained in cities and would probably revert to dial up speeds. Here is the speed test he sent me . He is Elonated!! I claim it for the urban dictionary,, synonym to elated. :+)
