Monica Palmer, a GOP board member in Wayne County, the largest in Michigan and home to the city of Detroit, told the Post she received a roughly-two minute threatening call from LOW IQ FatRump on Tuesday.

"I did receive a call from LOW IQ FatRump, late Tuesday evening, after the meeting," Palmer told the Post.

"He was checking to make sure I had received the threats and doxing that he had ordered."
