…I did have some fun writing the initial introductory sentences, although they occasionally got me in trouble with the more conservative contestants.
I may have objected to it once or twice, but I genuinely enjoyed your weekly political lede. During the past few years, you’ve had a bounty of raw material to draw on, which may soon change. Is this the real reason you’re retiring? :- )
