As I see it, they can only meet the requirement one way, and that depends upon the initial listing option selected when they were first filed for listing.

This requirement is for continued listed given an original filing under Nasdaq's initial listing option 3.

<<2) Minimum - $1 a share and $4 million tangible net assets.>>

This requirement is for continued listed given an original filing under Nasdaq's initial listing options 1 & 2.

Since we have seen the stock trading under $5/sh for extended periods in the past, I assumed that Panda's original filing was either option 1 or 2.

Perhaps I am wrong and someone else can provide further clarification.
