OK, I hope I can see the perspective here correctly. If anyone thinks I have got it wrong, please point is out.
The reason for todays problems... real physical reasons, is the response to the Covid19 outbreak.
(a) Lockdowns. Absolutely killed the worlds economy, destroyed businesses and put people into food queues and unemployment.
(b) Normal work is not possible with the "unsocial distancing" rules. Yeah there is nothing social about them.
(c) The governments have assumed immense control over peoples lives, say what they can do or cant do. It is just eye watering what has happened.
Here is some history for you. Ivor Cummings has chosen Sweden, but it's the same for everywhere with regional variations that are just small perturbations on the historic trend. Look carefully at the trend and see todays severity in perspective.
Now, can anybody honestly say there is a reason to lockdown the planet and destroy everyones lives, businesses, and take away their liberties given the historic background of respiratory illnesses. Did we locks down the planet when everyone was addicted to cigarettes? What were the mortality rates like, and that advertising sure did spread "illness" with a high "R" factor... just think about it.

But this guy is correct imho lockdowns and masks are pointless. A pathetic joke in fact, no way will a mask worn in public today stop the infection of a virus, and the "unsocial distancing" scientific evidence is less then flimsy in nature.
Just like a with UK government "official denial" it means it is most likely true... almost a certainty.
It is all about total control of the population... and history tells us what that is like, Nazis, Commies it's all about the same.... death for everyone except the very few.
