The best "turtle" I picked out from the crowd was ATI at $31 (six month ago). The LEAPS were $2.50 then for strike price 40. Today they would fetch $9.

Take a look at ATI's chart--it's almost a straight with not-so-steep curves; the best kind of turtles.

PS: I had my eyes on CAT also, glad you agreed. Another one is FLC, NE or HAL; I made quite a few $$$ on HAL late last year.
