Nope. It just says Congress can't make a law regulating mis-information, or anything else.Newspapers, radio, TV, and social media are free to ban it.
We're not talking about what newspapers, radio, TV, social media, etc. are free to ban. They can ban anything they want.

You're saying that it's illegal for a foreign agent to post something on social media that may influence an election.

That goes against the 1st amendment and the very spirit of free speech.

You readily admit not being a legal expert, so I'd be happy to debate one who thinks foreigners should not be allowed to make political posts on social media.
