Actually it is not. it is about a fouled election. There has been so much fraud that it is unlikely anyone could ever determine just how much has been stolen. It is about equal protection under the law. This is a constitutional issue, not just a numbers game. The founders provided for a scenario like this. There are options to be had when something like this happens.
