From what I have read so far, the lawsuits are not going in favor of Trump. Of course, many are still pendings. Further more, the recount in Georgia suggest that, at least in this state, the Dominion software worked fine without malicious switching of vote.

Are all the evidences you are talking about being presented in those lawsuits?
