And even if the Supreme Court refuses to hear the case, which seems impossible since there are Constitutional issues in the DNA itself of the case, then we can always go to the 14th Amendment which means the House of Representative would vote on who won the election...
Now, you may think this would automatically mean the democrats would win since they have a majority in the House, BUT the 14th Amendment says the vote is by State and not by representative, one vote per State, 50 votes in all... there are 27 Republican States and only 13 Democrat States... do the math, biden will lose...

I also believe the Supreme Court will find in favor of Donald on two levels, one Constitutional and one personal to each of the Justices on that bench...
One, the issues at hand in the case are clearly Constitutional and this is exactly their job to measure and judge...
Secondly, I very seriously doubt that they would want communist hack judges being added to the Supreme Court designed to dilute the power and effectiveness now enjoyed by the 9 sitting Justices currently on the bench... just my hunch on that...
