This situation is fascinating.

There are two camps who are both saying that all the news coming as positive for the other camp are fake news. Further, the officials from both camps are accusing the other camp. The population appears to be 50/50. At least this is what I read and hear about.



So such a division looks to be a big problem for your country. I am 69 and don't remember seeing anything like that. I hope this will be resolved peacefully.

One last question, in the case that the legal challenges are not resolved by deadline, I understand that it can go before the new congress with the 1 vote/state rule. I had read about that. But I also read that the state legislature can also decide to elect their own electors without regard to the popular vote in those state where there is a legal challenge . It appears that both the governor and the legislature could end up selecting their own slate of electors. Is that true..this was an article in the NYTimes.
