Simple question makes this entire fiasco valid.

America leads the world in information technology software development. From Microsoft, to Oracle, Adobe, Saleforce and on and on, literally thousands of companies supporting front end, back end and internet databases of all kinds. With the complexity of Artificial Intelligence, 3D rendering and a host of other ways to use digital data, counting votes accurately and safely has to be one of the easiest software program and deploying systems to build.

So, why in the hell did so many states buy a software program developed in Venezuala, with a corporate office in Toronto Canada?

All they had to do was get a group together and write the software requirement specs and hire one of the top American companies. Instead, they outsourced something as important as our VOTE!
