I have been wondering the same thing and all I have is an opinion, no real knowledge. 4 more years of Trump is going to squash China telecom and associated businesses and put anti-monopoly, free speech pressure on FAANG that could lead to government induced break ups ala ATT in '82. Otherwise WS should be cheering them on because of the Biden lock down commitments and the pro-China stance of the Dems on the whole. Rotation to small caps supports this theory. Trump may be winning the secret war we can't see.
