The only way any significant changes to the Constitution occur is via a convention.
That's why the Dems are doing everything they can to either get around the Constitution or interpret it in ways that renders it meaningless.

Examples:

1st amendment: "hatE speecH iS noT freE speecH"
2nd amendment: "guN manufacturerS shoulD bE helD liablE"
