| | | Rich, The difference is that the AG's indictments have merit as opposed to the Trump suits which are BASELESS and undermine the democratic process. Do they? I haven't seen anything that has a remote chance of landing Trump in prison.
Here is the best, most recent article that I could Google. This one came from NPR:
Once Out Of Office, Trump Faces Significant Legal Peril
The most serious charges revolve around Michael Cohen, but if there were any substance to them, Mueller would have already found them and presented them as grounds for impeachment. Instead, all the House could impeach Trump on was that Ukrainian thing, which itself was rather questionable.
There are other charges being actively investigated by various AGs, but the article suggests that investigations are currently ongoing, and nothing significant has been made public as of yet.
In other words, all of Trump's enemies are still fishing. They see a lot of fish in the water, but none of them are biting.
That's a FAR cry from your original claim that "67 indictments" are ready to go. Indeed, the article itself said the following, "There’s no indication that an indictment is imminent ..."
No wonder Heywood is dodging my simple question, LOL ...
