The FRB will deliver their entire approved list of marginable OTC stocks in February, and that is what they are probably referring to. This list is published quarterly. But, securities approved in the meantime can be marginable before the list is published. If brokers have been informed that TPRO is on the next list which is scheduled to be released in February, they can give you margin now. These brokers who are telling you they have to wait till the list is published are not being genuine.
