I think I am right ? But I cant really verify until I get back in a few months....But they way I remeber it is Booth was taking in his preferred
dividends not stock sales and then Lewis's class of stock was sold
back to the company (stock buyback bullshit) in the oct-nov time frame funded with Reg S $$$ which were shorted etc etc etc.
