Your right Dwight I did a search at Edgar Online and turned up nothing so they must only keep files on active companys.Anyway the 4th Q ended on Dec 31 but was not reported till Early Feb and we went thru this Bull shit press release about how they were going to turn a profit and 3 weeks later they released the late results that showed the huge losses and the stock buyback(his class of shares) and Bob was not to be found after that.
Of course during the 4th Q he was a part of the disinformation campaign.
