Have no knowledge on this subject other than a very close reading of the Press releases put out--there are some warrants that have exercise prices higher than the current stock price that I have not fully reconciled on my sheets. I am not expecting any new special charges but we have all been surprised before. Counting on H&Q and LF to insist on tight controls while the new management team is put in place. There will be more changes downtown (Chicago)--who or what positions--I do not know--Just that if Stuek is to be the CEO on Nov. 01, 1998--he will want a team that will be his people--bet after the earnings announcement there may be more than just numbers. Would expect that Stuek might use the oportunity to set goals and might even give insight on strategy.
