been going through the 104 page document and could not locate the "evidence" that this occurred other than a statement that "it is possible". I would like to see the Server logs showing the IP address of the 'hack'.

The NSA should have captured the data 'hack' even if it was in several encrypted 'packets' and could identify the (1) breach (w/ time stamp), (2) where it originated (even it there were several network hops), (3) collect the code/instruction to 'flip' and re-write the image files and (4) track and log the replaced 'hacked' image file.

I did not see any of this type of 'evidence' other than a declaration.... wonder if this is coming and may/could be made part of the discovery process.

Remember NSA has it ALL because they capture the raw packet streams in/out of the US. It's all stored in Utah in their Data Center.

FWIW, since they have the exact time of the 'hack' and machine shut down, it's pretty easy to collect/glean the raw/encrypted packets at the fiber line connection where all the information leave/enters US. I believe there is a West Coast feed and East Coast feed. It's all captured by NSA.
