[class actions suits]

I'm new to Ascend as of about a month ago, so don't have any knowledge of the stock during the time in question.

I would imagine all large corporations have class action suits at one time or another. Do you think there's anything to warrant it in this case?

I've listened to enough conference calls to believe Ejabat doesn't hype the company. (I used to follow in order to track DSL sentiment.)
