I wouldn't read too much into the last bit of trading. Someone was trying to buy 5000 thru Merrill Lynch they managed to buy 4900 at $4.75 and was unsuccessful in getting the balance there so they "CFO'd" there order (Change Form Order) the last 100 shares to a market order at $4.99 thus completeing the purchase of the 5000 shares. I hate to see these types of closes because undoubtedly trading next week will be back around $4.50 - $4.75 and it will then give the appearance of a large drop.
This was not the company purchasing there stock (at least it better not have been) as they are only allowed to purchase shares on the bid, no upticks are allowed under a normal course issuer bid.

Cheers,

Paul
