Third Circuit Federal Court of Appeals Judge Stephanos Bibas, appointed by Donald J Trump, sharply rebuked Trump's request for an emergency injunction to overturn the certification of Pennsylvania’s election results.
“Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here, and this case has no merit,” Bibas wrote.
