I wouldn't read too much into the departure of one senior exec. This is a rapidly-growing company, there is bound to be a certain amount of employee churn at all levels. If there were numerous defections going on at the top level I guess I would start to get concerned. Maybe he rubbed people the wrong way. Maybe he decided to cash in some chips and go work in his garden. When you have that kind of $, your options are wide open. If you guys are worried now, you should have been around as we watched WCII drop from 20 to 10. Now there was something to give you ulcers.
