Those are the actions of a party that treats American citizens like infants who are incapable of making their own risk assessments and their own decisions. In free countries, people who feel at risk, quarantine themselves, while others who feel they are not at risk do not. People who are under 70 and have no co-morbidities have minuscule risk and should go about their lives normally. That's what the data science informs us. Democrats are not very good at math, and so they engage in their Totalitarian instincts.
