yosi - You have enumerated some of the reasons that ECM has not, does not, and will not trade on the real or speculative potential of the Lo Increible property. Whatever potential there is is liable to be realized by Bema and not by the shareholders of El Callao. A bet on ECM is not a bet on the Lo Increible but rather on the long-term prospects of BGO. I am wondering why anyone should buy a stock in a property which is likely to be taken over by Bema long before its potential is fully explored.

As far as bankrolling ECM, Bema has only acted as an intermediary in making placements of ECM stock, a stock that trades largely according to the markets opinion of BGO rather than the Lo increible property.
