Re: MAC - Did a larger Buy at $9.99/share. Looking to build this position for a 2021-2022 play. The next big event is how they do their credit facility refinance. I believe that comes due in July. The Youtube video that was posted upthread is very good, tons of detail (much more than I do) and the analyst really drill down and provides 3 different valuation methods. I liked his Cap rate comparison. His fair value target is high teens but could be much higher if/when FFO starts to increase. My plan is to build my modest position to a 2% portfolio position. No rush to add shares but have it currently at a Buy at/below $10/share. Avg cost now at $10.04/share. EKS
