This post is in response to posts I have made here and on other boards:

How I hate to say this!!! I have been informed that I have misposted, for the second time. For the record, the tax rate for this quarter is 22% versus the 15.5 % I quoted. I assumed a carry forward rate from the last quarter based upon statements made by Zsolt Rumy in the previous telecon. WRONG. So I am sorry for assuming things are true and carry forward.

Second. I fully apologize for statements relative to the operations of Abilene. I had stated problems with operations relative to fires in the oxidation lines. It now appears that is incorrect as the lines never ran last quarter. Although I have tried to never post things without having dual sources, I admit to having posted those two items which now appear to have been in error.

For those of you who will do a deeper analysis, other questions need to be asked. If they have reduced sales in carbon fibers, without production from the additional lines, what is the reason. There is no good answer. Declining sales, then why the the additional spending on capacity? If not, why no production? Neither answer is positive.

Regards

Bill
