The special meeting of shareholders has been scheduled for February 20, according to recent SEC filing.

Also, a filing for Schering and Elan to sell 3.2 million shares. Large volume today which looks like selling on the intraday chart. Despite about 600K shares being unloaded, the bid/ask remained stable. Looks to me look we are establishing a firm base in the 1 1/16 to 1 1/4 range.

Rumor has it that Q3 numbers are forthcoming within next couple of days.
