Well it gave Dwight some ammo for his guns. Even tho it is old stuff. I posted the URL went it was first filed with the SEC back in late Dec 1997. Just goes to show you that his sources are all dried up. Wait till you see the reply I got (I will not pass on his name). It tells you a lot about the information he trying to sell about this company. I am still waiting for him to PROVE that this "Investor" is selling short. He can state it all he wants. But he offers NO PROVE. What do we have guilt by association because it was a REG D finance and he is trying to sell it as a REG S. There is a difference. He is the Dr. Of Spin. If I was this "Investor", I would be a happy PIG. I will get more shares of the for the same amount of money per se and when the truth is finally out, I get more on the return of my money. The enemy is the shareholders of the comapny for failing to understand what the company is doing and selling there shares so cheaply. Like I have stated before. I have no scared money invested in NTN. I also have patiences to wait out all the lies and misinformation. I believe in the new management of the company. I do not have to lower myself to cursing. It only shows the hatefulness this individual has against the company. Like I posted before, "He bet on the wrong horse." Have no idea how much he loss on INNN and do not care. If he does buy shares of NTN, it is because "he felt he has some inside information gained from a third party." Now, that is doing your DD and research on a company!!!! Just my opinion, but he posted the reason he purchased the shares at $2.00 (Financing done and IWN news coming out) but he did not post that information to the rest of this thread did he. He keep it to himself until someone ask him WHY!!! Sooooo is he really what he pretents to me??????? Who is he working for now???? Jim
