THIS is why I keep questioning what management is doing, and is it good for the shareholders. Who issues options BELOW current market prices to management? - Following that logic, if they do nothing and the share price doesnt move between now and June 12th (a bad thing for us on this side of the fence), those who work for the company will earn a cumulative $27500 profit ($0.06 * 458000 shares) - And guess who's shares are worth less because of it? For the record, I believe in this company, and the potential of its product - but have extreme frustration with these types of actions . I mean com'on Management team, at least EARN your option $$ by issuing them at a premium, so if you make money, so do we (and we're all happy). Just my $0.02. Chris
