The message is dissimilar, but not exclusionary.

L Wood says fight, win this fraud battle and the runoff is unnecessary (GA senators already have the votes if fraud is excluded).

The argument is retreat, win the runoff (Assumes fraud will prevail)....."pull back, the fraud battle is lost, regroup on the runoff election front".
