leaders who cannot afford to allow the truth to come out ('one lie always leads to another') and the unstable Democratic coalition that includes powerful anarchist elements that more centrist Democratic leaders cannot afford to alienate. Much like the French Revolution, those elements will grow in strength over time. Don't be taken in by calls to 'come together.'
I think the divisions within the Dem party are underestimated. It’s going to play out like coalitions within a parliamentary system - small interest blocks will be important beyond their numbers. The big winner of the divided Dem House is AOC and her squad. There will be a power struggle within the elites and “politburos” that Biden keeps nominating and appointing — with the outcome so far unknown. The “good” news is that this will be interesting to watch - I’m afraid, in a somewhat morbid sense. The bad news is that we will live in [ever more] interesting times.

Interesting article. Do you have the link, per chance? Thanks.
