Nice to see another sea of green today. My SOTP on MAC is that before covid their lowest annual distribution was $2.40 per year back in 2013. I see a return to that level and a 6% yield. that would give me a minimum target price of $40. Not saying it will get there, Just saying it seems unusually undervalued to me at these levels, since I dont believe potential insolvency is an issue.
