Both sites I use for free charting show ~4 1/2 as the 200DMA. The 200 week moving average is about 4 1/8. I use: cbs.marketwatch.com & bigcharts.com Do you pay for better charting? Neither of these sites is perfect but I doubt they both have the same mistake.
