>It seems that this kind of servers don't run NT, or UNIX, or any other OS. It runs only Oracle's software. It will need some kind of OS to provide system level services and I suspect it's the same as what they have for the NC servers. The great thing about this box is that the cost of the server OS is zero. Just like Microsoft is giving away SQL server for free, Oracle is now giving away the OS for free. If they truely make this plug and play, and package it with the appropriate software, it can be a lethal combination against Microsoft's Small Business Package. Kev
