June, Thanks for going through and doing the comparison with the previous filing. I didn't mean to imply that there was a lot changes except for the number of registered shares. The rest of the excerpts I posted because they were topical. I'm glad to know that the "liquidation, disolution" stuff is the same. It sounded sort of cookie cutter. Cheers, Rich
